Preventative Maintenance
Just because you own a piece of equipment that is under a manufacturer’s warranty, don’t assume that your essential maintenance and repair costs are covered when that piece of equipment stops working. Warranties are notorious for having lots of fine print and terms that don’t always work to an owner’s advantage. What you really need is an ongoing service agreement that is specifically designed to keep your equipment working safely and efficiently through regular maintenance, calibration, and lubrication. You want to take care of equipment problems before they occur and be sure that you are protecting your valuable assets. By participating in the FITEX Preventative Maintenance Program, you can eliminate the equipment problems that plague fitness facility owners and stay worry free.
During each preventive maintenance visit, ALL equipment covered under the agreement will be inspected for safety, thoroughly cleaned both inside and out, lubricated and adjusted according to manufacturer’s specifications. At the end of each visit, we complete a Preventative Maintenance Checklist that will indicate any concerns or need for repairs so that you can avoid any down time in your facility. You know exactly where you stand with each piece of equipment at all times.
Our technicians are all Precor certified for all service and repair needs but they are also extensively trained to conduct detailed maintenance on all makes and models of fitness machinery. Whoever manufactured your equipment, we can take care of it.
